These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Midas Media's services and website (midasdecks.com), operated by Dheeraj Mahtani, Singapore. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Midas produces investor-grade pitch decks, investor updates, and sales decks. Each project is priced at $999 USD. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once we have received all required materials from you:
Payment is due prior to work commencing. We will issue an invoice for each project. Payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and authorises us to begin work.
One revision round is included per project, covering all feedback submitted in a single pass. Additional revision rounds are available at $150 USD each. Once you approve a deliverable in writing, revisions to that item are not included under the same project.
You retain all ownership of materials, data, and content you provide to us (briefs, photos, financials, brand assets). By submitting these, you confirm you have the rights to share them with us for the purpose of producing your deliverables.
Upon full payment for the project, you own the final deliverables we produce for you. Midas retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all materials and information you share with us as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing). Upon request, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before work begins.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
