These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Midas Media's services and website (midasdecks.com), operated by Dheeraj Mahtani, Singapore. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
Midas provides a subscription-based creative media service. For a flat monthly fee of $1,888 USD, subscribers receive unlimited requests for pitch decks, sales decks, tearsheets, client update decks, and cinematic websites, subject to the one-active-request queue model described below.
All deliverables are produced by our in-house team. Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once we have received all required materials from you:
One request is active at a time. When a deliverable is completed and approved, the next request in your queue begins immediately. There is no cap on the number of requests you may queue — they are processed sequentially.
Your subscription is billed monthly. The minimum commitment is one calendar month from the date of first payment.
You may pause your subscription before your next billing cycle with no penalty. Pausing mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused days. You may resume at any time.
To cancel, notify us before your next renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of work delivered within the first 7 days of your first subscription month, you are entitled to a 75% refund of that month's fee — no questions asked.
This refund applies to the first month only and is not available on subsequent billing cycles. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Unlimited revisions are included for each active request. We will continue to revise a deliverable until you are satisfied. Once you approve a deliverable, revisions to that item are no longer included under the same request.
You retain all ownership of materials, data, and content you provide to us (briefs, photos, financials, brand assets). By submitting these, you confirm you have the rights to share them with us for the purpose of producing your deliverables.
Upon full payment for the relevant period, you own the final deliverables we produce for you. Midas retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
We treat all materials and information you share with us as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., payment processing). Upon request, we are happy to sign a mutual NDA before work begins.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
